Here are the 4 signs to know you may have had a past life:
1. It's an old, familiar feeling
Dr. Brian Weiss says that by regressing in past lives, you can heal - and grow - your mind, body and soul, as well as strengthen your current relationship. He says that one of the most common signs of past life is deja vu - the feeling that you've met a person before or have already been in some place. Sometimes this feeling of deja vu is a sign of a past life with a certain person or in a certain place.
For example, my patient had panic attacks during her honeymoon in Greece. When she and her husband left for Rome, the panic attacks completely disappeared. When she saw a patient in me, we went back to her past life and found that she had been killed in ancient Greece. Her panic attacks stemmed from that life, although at the time she didn't know why.
2. Your dreams are so real that it's as if you're actually there
Do you have vivid, detailed dreams about yourself at different times and in different places? It could be a memory from a past life. As I wrote in my book, memories from past lives are not always real memories: they can also contain symbols and metaphors that need to be interpreted to make their meaning and message clear. These symbols are no less powerful than literal symbols. Think of these scenes from past lives more as a poem than as a historical text.
3. You got an excellent score on history (not even trying)
Talents and abilities, likes and dislikes, attractions and disgust can also be the keys to solving past lives. You may feel that you are drawn to certain people or to certain cultures, even if you have never visited them. You may find that you can learn certain subjects or prepare for a profession more easily than others. For example, one foreign language may get used to it faster and another more difficult. Or you may have a lot of interest in certain historical times and events, such as Ancient Egypt or the civil war.
4. You have a soul mate
Very often to travel through different lives with the same group of souls - I call these groups soul mates or soul mates or families of souls. It seems that we are learning our spiritual lessons and accumulating or allowing our karma through our soul groups. Relationships can change from life to life, but souls remain the same. For example, your grandmother may be reincarnated as your grandson. In this sense, we never lose our loved ones, because we are always reunited either on the other side or here in physical bodies. In "Miracles Happen," I describe many cases of soul recognition. In one case, Michelle, whose mother died when Michelle was a young child, was comforted to discover that she and her mother had been together before, in the Middle Ages. At the time, they were husband and wife.
