Who Were You in a Past Life? Find Out in Easy Steps



Merely put, reincarnation is "a religious or philosophical concept according to which the soul or soul after biological death begins a new life in a new body, which can be human, animal or spiritual based on the moral quality of previous life works." This principle is the central principle of Indian religions.


It is also a common belief of various ancient and modern religions such as spiritualism, theosophy and echankar, and is found in many tribal communities around the world, in places such as North America , West Africa, Siberia and Australia." If we take this as truth, there is an incalculable amount of knowledge that a person could possess if only he could remember what happened in years past.


So, is there reincarnation? There are many signs indicating that the answer is yes in your life. It can be proximity to foreign culture, inexplicable pains from which doctors have stumped, strange moles; Of course, these signs could be explained by medical, psychological or social experts. Having them in your life does not necessarily mean that they can be attributed to a past life. However, the idea that we all lived before and will live again has great potential.


What exactly could you remember or learn? You'll never know until you try to remember this process. You may be surprised at what you can find.


1. Prepare a room:

Sit back. Set the ideal temperature: warm or cool. Adjust the curtains so they are not too bright. Turn off the sound of any annoying noise sources such as TV, radio or mobile phone. If you have a noise generator, turn it on in a calm, loud enough to drown out the outside noise, but not loud enough to get distracted. Setting up white noise is optimal, but something soothing, such as the sounds of the beach.


2. Relax your mind:

It's time to find a place for inner peace. Sit back in the room you have so carefully prepared. The best time to do this is when you are attentive, but your mind and body are calm. Make sure you're not hungry or easily distracted so you can focus on anything other than rumbling your tummy!


3. Relax your body:

Pay special attention to the posture you choose, whether you are comfortable lying on the bed, in a comfortable chair or on the floor. Before you start your journey, take the time to relax and relax.


4. Protect yourself:

You need to take this step because you will discover yourself with spiritual energy. Make sure you protect yourself from any negative forces and cleanse them. First, close your eyes and make sure you're comfortable. Lie on your back with your hands on your sides and protect yourself with visualized light.


Imagine a white, shrouded light. Imagine it slowly moving upwards and covering your entire body, from your feet, feet, knees, thighs, torso and arms, neck and face to the top of your head. Remember that this white light protects you from all negative effects. He embodies love, warmth and enlightenment in the dazzling haze around you, enveloping you with his bright light. Feel its warmth and let it wash with you. Repeat to yourself in words or intentionally: "I breathe powerful protective energy. This energy creates an aura of protection around me. This aura always protects me in every way." Repeat this to yourself five times five breaths.


Then focus on visualization and feeling of energy, making it brighter and more powerful as you focus on it. Use the next color that comes to mind to paint the light, and repeat until you feel calm, comfortable and ready for the next step. No rush.


5. Create your hallway:

It's time to start the journey. You'll use a visualization tool. Imagine yourself in a long hallway with a big door at the end. Consider this corridor in as much detail as possible, no matter what it comes to mind, no matter what color it is, what its design is, whether it is decorated... it's up to you. Build it in your mind, but be sure to remember. You'll use it every time you look for your past life. Imagine this corridor with the expectation that when you get to the end, when you reach the big door and turn the handle, you will discover the past life.


6. Walk down the corridor:

Take every step on the account. Take each one with purpose and focus on the steps themselves. Watch your feet touch the ground, visualizing every aspect of your journey as you approach the door at the end of the corridor. Imagine this place with all your senses, from the smell of the room to the sounds of your surroundings. When you reach the end (carefully spending time and not in a hurry; take your time anywhere), grab the doorknob. See how you do it, and focus again on this action very carefully. Notice the texture of the handle, the sound of the mechanism when turning, as well as its warmth or coolness. When the catch is released, take a breath and gently push the door.


7. Welcome to a past life:

No matter what you see when you open the door, accept it as something of your previous plans of existence. Again, it doesn't matter what it is, a simple color or a whole scene. However, take everything you see as a foundation. Develop it. Feel it. Keep the image in your mind and open up to it, accepting everything that arises in your mind. The color can merge with a specific object, such as a blanket or a wall. The scene can evolve as you delve into your vision and tell you when you are and where. You may think that at this point you are just imagining something, but give yourself credit and sincerely believe that you remember the past life.


8. Be patient:

You couldn't see anything at all, and that's fine. It's time to refocus your mind. Think about what you've always loved to do, whether it's hobbies, skill or destination. Ask yourself these questions: "Why should I like it? Could this related to past life?"


Still nothing? There is a "shoe" method for this. Look at your feet in visualization. Focus on the first pair of shoes you see on yourself. You can see the sandals and then realize what's on you tunic. You can see the little pointed shoes and realize that you are wearing a large silk dress. Keep up with that.


Once you've remembered something - even if it's just a pair of shoes - and if you're quite sure there's some truth to it, you can start your next meditation with that.


Always start each class with what you've already seen. And always work from known to unknown.


9. Accept what you see:

Accepting what you are going through is key. At this point, doubting can really beat in your brain. "Am I really going throughout the past or just coming up with something else?" However, this is part of the process. At the heart of these visions is almost always some truth. You will know for sure only when you have performed a significant amount of meditation in past lives and begin to see patterns and details that are repeated over and over again.


And if you don't like what you've seen, it's obvious that there's nothing you can do to change your life. It's completely in the past.


In the meantime, you have to choose to believe that what you see is genuine; If you don't, you'll never go anywhere. Your analytical mind will simply record each image as a product of your excessive imagination.


10. Go back to the present:

This step is usually done on its own. It becomes tedious to support this visualization. Let him fade when he needs to. This will happen when the images stop appearing or your analytical, incredulous mind will begin to take over. This is the moment when you can open your eyes and stay in the present.


However, you can also control your departure. If you are ready to leave past life, just imagine the door from which you started. Open the door and walk along the corridor you built.
